So Disppointed
They promised a mystery box, never got it. They sent a sample size product instead of the product that they advertised.
I think this is a total scam. I am so embarrassed for my friend who gifted this to me.

Provide a phone number so people can contact a person instead of the hassle of going on line, not everyone is good at doing that. My money is just as good as anyones

Please, don't charge my card for the Winter box, cancel the subscription. Don't ship or charge my card for the Winter box.
They Deactivated My Membership but are telling me it's not
I signed up for a year membership. Received one box, then discovered my subscription was deactivated, and I can reactivate or resume it by signing up for a new membership. When I contacted them, they told me there was no issue.
Can't order another box, so there is an issue.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Our Fall Box did not arrive and never arrived after contacting AllTrue.
We were told our November payment for 2024 was non refundable. After contacting Pissed, AllTrue refunded the 2024 payment and said they could try to ship to another address that allowed front door drop off as opposed to the mail room delivery.
The replacement box arrived today without items we selected. Our satisfaction has been dropping since Cause Box was replaced by AllTrue.
Box missing and you refuse to show proof of delivery. Now you refuse to refund membership.
This is not the quality we were used to with causebox. Definitely buyer beware!!!
Oh and there is no phone contact as a last resort

Unfulfilled subscription
I had paid for a yearly subscription, four boxes, and only received one box. The company had suddenly shut down.
Because I had paid using PayPal, Alltrue would not honor the balance of the subscription when they restarted.
Other payment methods were honored and the balance of those subscriptions fulfilled. I was out $180.

Once I could reach them, thanks to you, they were excellent. Friendly and immediately took care of what I asked them for (ending my membership before it renewed). Possibly being in another country right now is what made it impossible to reach them, but you did a good job making the connection and after that they were fine.

I received my winter box recently and was not impressed. Then I received 3 more boxes.
I do not want these and would like a refund for the last 3. And, I would like to discontinue my subscription.
Dont know why I got 4 boxes, but will return 3 if you will tell me how. And Please refund my charges.
Can't get in touch with anyone at Alltrue to get help!!!
I need to update my email and cannot get in touch with anyone and the current email is no longer available. Does anyone know a way to reach customer service?

ordered gifts for Christmas a month before. when I contacted them they plainly stated I be patient and my order was still trickling in and to "kindly" note my package could ship till end of dec beginning of January.
not presented like this on website.. in fact, they made a point to say add-on market items shipped separately.could not upgrade or expedite.
I guess I'm foolish but thought ordering an Advent calendar would make it for this season and not 2024. products are not bad but man, I'm growing a beard and cobwebs here.

Package arrived damaged
I just received my package from AllTrue, order : M202********-e77865ba1a. It included laundry detergent, which had spilled out over the contents of the box.
It damaged the wine gift bag and the chamomile citrus tea, and, of course, the detergent itself is unusable.
Pease replace these items ASAP. Thank you for your prompt assistance.

They don't pay their suppliers.
THEY DON'T PAY THEIR SUPPLIERS. Consequently, we encourage people to boycott Alltrue's products and ask them to repay their debts. The lack of ethics they demonstrated caused a lot of damage to numerous small suppliers.
