March 5 thanks for your order via email then March 31st Track your shipment via email. All true has to be the worst in customer service and shipping. But their billing? You put something in a bag, and you are charged for that amount without hesitation. So now you email no response. You cant get through to anyone. Been waiting for over 2 weeks for a return email. If you can't ship the products, DONT offer them.

User's recommendation: Don’t do it. Go to any store and pick up what you need.

I ordered from your add on menu. When it arrived the bottle of mouthwash tablets was open! There were NO safety seals on the outside of bottle nor was there a seal on the bottle under the lid! Tablets were all over in the bag! Many were broken! What can be done adopt this poor delivery? Frances Greene

They owe people money

Terrible company... RUN! They shut down, gave no notice, kept everyone annual memeship money, and now want people to TRUST then again? allTRUE should not be part of their name. I feel betrayed as a consumer. After contacting them multiple times, zero response, not even an apology for keeping over $100 that had been prepaid via annual membership!! Seriously, save your money. FABFITFUN is extremely customer service friendly and has much better reliability and transparency

Winter Box

Up until now, I have been pretty satisfied. I left this box as mystery selection for all categories. All products sent were the lowest cost in each category with the exception of the makeup brush. I will not be renewing.

Not happy with my box

I'm very unhappy with my Box with the products that you put in there... Please contact me at 251-278-**** are email me. Thank you Pamela Childress. It is very hard to get a response from your company??? I working on trying to 100 words. This is how I have to continue to make a bad review. I am not that kind of person.

I sent Alltrue a message regarding 2 boxes that I did not receive and knew in advance that this was during transition. Through your service, Alltrue responded immediately. Several messages were sent back and forth and problem is now resolved to my satisfaction. Timely, professional, kind. (Mary was my problem solver and she deserves a raise. (Smile.)

User's recommendation: Go for it if you have the funds. A bit of patience right now may be required until things smooth out.
